Good food. Amazing service. The place is extremely loud inside, though, which is a distraction from the meal.

I love love love Via Brasil! I am new to Vegas and I can't get enough of this amazing all you can eat restaurant. The atmosphere, amazing staff/ management and the owners Adam and Anna are always present and taking amazing care of the staff and guests. This is my new go to place. When any of my friends from out of town come to visit. We are going to Via Brasil!

I really enjoy a good Brazilian Grill…. And I’ve been a patron to another “similar” establishment for at least 10 years and I am so glad I tried Via Brasil!!! It’s a bit of a drive for me, but it was delicious, fresh, unique items on the salad bar and appetizers as well as grilled meats. Only thing I would upgrade to would be lamb chops, as lamb is my favorite! But the prime rib was fantastic!!!! Loved the passion mimosa and the waffle’s were so good they didn’t even need butter or syrup. All you can eat and bottomless mimosas for the same price as another establishment!? Wow!! Staff were so kind, it was very clean and a beautiful ambiance and upbeat music. I’ll come back for dinner menu next time but I will most definitely be back for brunch! Lucy N. was so sweet and attentive but not over bearing, those coming around with meat and grilled pineapple were also attentive yet watchful for when I didn’t want to be bothered and enjoy what I had. Happy to have found you Via Brasil!!!!

This place is amazing. I went for dinner last night, for a charity poker event. The food was great, and the service was absolutely impeccable. Anytime I needed a drink a very kind server immediately came to refill my glass. This is by far the most deserving 5 star rating I've ever given. A must try when in Vegas.

We came for my husband's birthday and could not be happier. The food is amazing, the cuts of meat were quality, not overly seasoned so you are able to taste the meat, and the sides were all very good as well. Our waitress, Alejandra, was extremely kind, very attentive, knowledgeable, and made our first time experience memorable. All the staff were very warm and helpful, as well. We will definitely be coming back and recommending Via Brazil to others.
